What happens if I receive the wrong product? 

  • Sometimes mistakes happen, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive an item in the wrong color or size please notify us within 714days of receiving the package and we will fix it for you as long as the jersey is in original condition.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

  • You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, sometimes back-orders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. Preorders take longer to ship as these have to be shipped from our offshore factory to our distribution center first.

What if my item was returned to sender? 

  • If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post office it will be returned back to us within 7 - 10 business days. If we can solve the problem, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost and you will receive another shipping email notification with new tracking information. 

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties? 

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

  • Superior Jersey cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

  • For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

  • For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

I forgot to use a discount code on my order

  • We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.

Order Tracking: Will I receive a tracking #?

  • Yes, you will automatically be emailed tracking number as soon as your order is shipped! If not, please email us

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

  • Yes! We do deliver to PO boxes. :)

Do you offer Express/Overnight delivery? 

  • We do not currently offer expedited shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Do you ship internationally? 

  • Yes, we ship worldwide!                                                                                                                                                                                         

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on Superior Jersey?

  • All of your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. It's the same type of encryption used by banks.

  • We work with one of the leading global payment providers – Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal & Apple Pay.

How do I enter a discount code?

  • You can enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" section located on the purchase page.

How do I change my order after I placed it?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account.

  •  If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

Do discount codes expire? 

  • While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!

Can I combine discount codes on my order?

  • Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. So sorry!

It looks like you charged me twice for my order

  • If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.

Can I change the billing address for my order?

  • Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

Product: How Can I remove an item from my cart?

  • Items can be removed on the cart page.

Why does my item look different from the advertisement? Is there Product Insurance? 

  • Please bear in mind that photo may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
